I just realized what I've been doing. The whole "TK" thing. I guess I've been in publishing for long enough (2 years) to start using this in regular speech like some kind of crazy person. "TK" is used in publishing (or maybe just publicity) as a shortcut for "to come." So when I say "more TK" I mean "more to come." I wish I knew why we use a "K" instead of a "C" -- really the only sense I can make of it is that a "C" is not as visually striking as a "K," and therefore in copyediting or schedules or whatever it is, a "TK" will be less likely to be passed over. Does that make sense? I don't care.
